A cat scratching a specific piece of furniture isn't picking a fight, it's doing what scratching is for - stretching and marking - and giving them somewhere better to do it usually redirects the behaviour more reliably than telling them off ever will. A lounger shape adds a second reason to use it beyond just the scratching itself.

The Wavy scratcher is made from high-density corrugated cardboard, shaped with a smooth, wave-like curve that's designed for stretching, scratching and napping in the same piece. It's reversible, so both sides can be used before it needs replacing, and Bestpets include catnip to help draw a cat towards it in the first place.

• High-density corrugated cardboard
• Wave-shaped for stretching, scratching and lounging
• Reversible for extended use
• Includes catnip
• Helps redirect scratching away from furniture

On lifespan. Corrugated cardboard scratchers wear out with use by design - Bestpets don't give an expected lifespan on this card, and being reversible extends it but doesn't make it permanent, so expect to replace it once both sides are worn through rather than treating it as a one-off purchase.

Who it's for: cat owners trying to redirect scratching away from furniture, who want something their cat will also use for lounging, not just scratching.
