Full description

A dog given a whole carcass eats the organs before it eats the muscle - heart, liver and kidney go first, and only then the meat. This recipe is built the same way round, using five different cuts rather than one bulk meat with a token organ thrown in.

The base is beef with bone, but a quarter of the recipe is lambs tripe and a further fifth is split across ox heart, kidney and liver. Carrot, parsnip and broccoli make up the vegetable side, and a run of botanicals - flaxseed oil, kelp, turmeric, celery seeds, alfalfa, nettles, psyllium husk, clivers and wild yam - are mixed through rather than added as an afterthought. It arrives and is stored frozen, as a complete food with its own printed nutritional analysis.
