The bag failing is the actual disaster of a dog walk, not the mess itself, so a poop bag's whole job description comes down to two things: not leaking, and not tearing while you're tying it.

Beco's bags are made from 97% recycled polyethylene, with the remaining 3% scent, colouring and stabilisers, and Beco describe the whole bag as made from post-consumer recycled plastic. They're mint scented, come with easy-tie handles, and dispense from the box one at a time. This pack contains 120.

• 120 bags per box
• 97% recycled PE, 3% scent/colouring/stabilisers
• Mint scented
• Tie handles built in
• Described by Beco as leakproof

On disposal. Beco's own guidance is to put used bags in general waste, not recycling or compost, despite the recycled content of the bag itself — worth knowing so you're not putting a used bag in the wrong bin.

Who it's for: dog owners who want a scented, tie-handle bag from largely recycled plastic, rather than a plain unscented roll.
