Brand: Bags on Board
Material: Twice as thick as regular Bags on Board poop bags; traps in extra odour

Full description

The mess that tests a poop bag most is the one where a thin bag would fail, which is exactly the situation Hand Armor is built for rather than the everyday tidy pickup.

These bags are twice as thick as Bags on Board's regular bags, which also helps trap odour more effectively, and measure 7 x 15 inches — larger than a standard bag. A handle-tie closure lets the bag be opened, filled and tied off single-handed, and it's designed to be inverted over the hand first to contain waste before tying.

Twice as thick as regular Bags on Board bags
7 x 15 inches per bag
Handle-tie closure, single-hand opening and tying
Extra thickness helps trap odour
Built for larger or messier waste pickup

One thing worth knowing. "Twice as thick" is Bags on Board's own comparison against their regular bags rather than an independent gauge measurement, so treat it as a relative claim about this range specifically, not an absolute thickness figure.

Who it's for: owners dealing with larger dogs, messier clean-ups, or anyone who's had a regular-thickness bag fail at an inconvenient moment and wants extra reassurance.

Why we chose it

Being twice the thickness of the standard bag is the actual reason to stock a second, heavier-duty option rather than just one bag for everything. The handle-tie closure also makes single-handed use genuinely easier than a basic knot-tie bag.
