How to measure
- Measure your pet from nose to base of tail while lying relaxed.
- Add roughly 15–25 cm so they can stretch out fully.
- For pets that like to curl, you can size down slightly for a snug, den-like feel.

Full description
Deep sides change how an animal sleeps. A pet in an open bed keeps one ear on the room the whole time, while a pet down inside a nest with walls rising above the level of their back is enclosed on every side and drops into the heavier sleep. It is the same instinct that sends a cat straight into a cardboard box, given a softer surface and somewhere to hook a chin over.
The bolster walls are ribbed plush, which holds its loft better than a flat pile, because a rib stops the filling compressing into one flattened side after a few months of the pet always lying in the same corner. The base is cushioned rather than a thin sheet, so it insulates against a cold floor as well as softening it. An oval rather than a round shape suits pets who stretch along one side instead of curling into a neat circle.
