Full description

Goose rarely appears alone in a dog-food name, so the proportion beside it matters. This recipe is led by turkey at 50%, with goose providing the next 30%; together they account for the 80% animal portion stated for the nuggets.

The remaining composition names redcurrant, swede, carrot and peas at 4% each, chicory at 1%, then pea fibre, minerals, yeast products, yucca and green tea. It is a complete frozen food with 12% protein, 11% fat and 161 kcal/100 g. The supplied description states both chicken free and no grain.

1KG frozen nugget bag
Turkey 50% and goose 30%
Complete dog food
Protein 12% and fat 11%
Energy 161 kcal/100 g
Approximately 58 nuggets per pack

What is missing from the panel: there is no product-specific daily feeding amount in the information available here. The 58-nugget figure describes the approximate contents of the bag, not how many any individual dog should eat.

Who it's for: raw-fed dogs whose owners want a complete turkey-and-goose nugget recipe without chicken or grain stated in the supplied description.

Why we chose it

Turkey at 50% and goose at 30% is a properly transparent split. That matters for anyone comparing poultry recipes, because the name alone cannot tell you which meat does most of the work.
