A Miniature Labradoodle is a smaller version of the Labrador-Poodle cross, generally bred down using a smaller Poodle, and most do well on a complete puppy food sized for small-to-medium breeds rather than the large-breed formulas aimed at a full-sized Labradoodle or Labrador.

A small breed is usually done growing at 10–12 months, which is roughly when a puppy food has finished its job. With a typical lifespan of 12–15 years, there is a long adult stretch in the middle; switch to a senior food when your vet thinks it is worth it rather than on a birthday.
A high-energy dog eats like one
Mini Labradoodles sit at the top end for energy, and a dog working through an hour and a half of real exercise a day burns through the feeding guide faster than a dog on a short stroll. Feed to the dog's condition, not to the middle of the range on the bag.
Small mouths, crowded teeth

Why size matters more than the breed name here
"Labradoodle" covers a genuinely wide range of adult sizes depending on the size of Poodle used in the cross, and a Miniature Labradoodle typically finishes somewhere around 7 to 14kg as an adult — closer to a small-to-medium breed than the standard Labradoodle's Labrador-like size. Feeding a large-breed puppy formula, designed to slow rapid growth in dogs expected to exceed 25kg or more, is not matched to a puppy who will not reach that size.
A small-to-medium breed complete puppy food, fed to the guideline on the bag for your puppy's current weight, is the more appropriate general choice, adjusted as your puppy grows rather than fixed to an assumed adult weight from the outset.
What a Labradoodle cross can inherit from either side
Being a crossbreed, a Miniature Labradoodle can lean toward either parent breed in terms of build, coat and any known sensitivities, and this varies between individual puppies even within the same litter. Labradors are commonly reported to have a robust, food-motivated appetite and are among the breeds more frequently linked to food sensitivities; Poodles are generally a hardier breed in this respect but can bring their own coat-care needs.
None of this means every Miniature Labradoodle puppy needs a specialist diet — most do perfectly well on an ordinary complete small-to-medium breed puppy food. It is simply a reason to watch for any signs of a sensitive stomach or skin reaction as an individual puppy settles in, rather than assuming.
Feeding in practice
Follow the guideline on the bag based on your puppy's current weight, weighing regularly while they are growing since a Miniature Labradoodle's growth curve is faster and shorter than a full-sized Labradoodle's — most finish most of their height growth well before twelve months. Split meals into three or four a day up to around four months old, then move to two as they mature.
