Small dogs get left out of a lot of dental chews sized for a Labrador, which is presumably why this recipe comes as a mini multipack of ten as well as a larger multipack, rather than one size fits all.

Both are the same plant-based recipe — potato flour, tapioca flour, glycerine, cellulose, dried algae, dried yeast, fennel, powdered coconut and parsley — for dogs aged 6 months and older, described by the maker as grain-free with no unnecessary fillers.

• Sold in mini (10-pack) and large multipack sizes on this page
• Protein 8%, fat 1%, fibre 9.5%, ash 4%, moisture 15%
• Grain-free recipe
• Plant-based — no meat listed
• For dogs aged 6 months and older
• Intended as part of a daily dental routine

On what's not on the card. We're not told a bite-strength rating or a recommended breed size beyond the two pack sizes offered, so matching mini to a small dog and large to a bigger one is a judgement call based on the pack name rather than a number the maker has given us.

Who it's for: owners of a dog over 6 months old wanting a grain-free, plant-based daily chew, choosing between the mini and large multipack for their dog's size.
