A caged bird's beak keeps growing throughout its life, and without something to wear it down against, it can overgrow to the point of causing real problems with eating. Calcium is the other half of the same problem - a bird cannot get enough of it from seed alone.

Vitakraft's Cuttlefish Bone addresses both in one product: it is a calcium source the bird pecks at, which also conditions the beak in the process of being worn down. It comes prepacked as a pair, ready to clip or wedge into the cage rather than needing any preparation.
