Green vegetables rarely make for an exciting treat flavour on their own, which is presumably why spinach here is doing a supporting role rather than the whole job.

Spinach powder sits at 4% of the recipe, alongside wheat bran, rapeseed oil, wheat flour, corn starch and linseed oil, inside the same crispy shell and cream-filled centre used across the Nibblots range. Protein comes out at 15%, with crude fibre at 5%.
