An apple-flavoured treat and an apple-based treat are two different products, and the only way to tell which one you are holding is the ingredients list rather than the name on the front.

This one is flavour-led: apple powder and natural apple flavour sit inside a cereal shell over wheat flour, canola oil and corn starch, with the fruit itself making up 4% of the recipe. It is a Complementary Pet Food, meant as a between-meals treat rather than a meal.
