This is Rosewood's Medium slicker brush: fine wire bristles on an ergonomic hand grip, designed to remove mats, tangles and loose hair, and to reduce moulting with regular use. It's aimed at dematting medium to long coats specifically, and Rosewood also sell it in Small and Large sizes for other coat types.
