Specifications

Brand: PetSolve

Full description

A spot-on parasite product cannot be assessed properly without its active ingredient and strength, even when pack count and species are known.

The Petsolve pack contains five spot-on treatments described for rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and rats. The supplied application text says to part the fur at the base of the head, just in front of the shoulder blades, and apply the solution directly to the skin. No active ingredient or strength is supplied.

5 spot-on treatments
For rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and rats
Direct-to-skin application
Application site: base of head, before shoulder blades
No active ingredient or strength supplied

Verify the missing medicine details before use. Broad claims about treating many parasite types, four weeks of protection and causing no harm are not repeated here. Do not infer dose from the pipette count. Check the pack for active ingredient, strength, animal weight limits, age limits and complete directions, or ask a vet.

Who it's for: rabbit, guinea-pig, ferret or rat owners considering a five-treatment spot-on pack only after confirming its active ingredient, strength and suitability.

Why we chose it

The pack count, species and application site are clear, while the missing active ingredient is treated as a material limitation. For shoppers, the value is in those specific details and the candid account of what remains unstated.
