Full description

Small dogs and cats generally want to be with you rather than swinging in a bag at your side, and a front carrier is the compromise. Your pet sits against your chest, can see your face, and both of your hands stay free. It is the format that works best for a nervous animal on public transport, where a bag on the floor is all noise and feet and offers no reassurance at all.

Legs go through openings at the front, so your pet sits upright against you rather than curled up out of sight in a pouch, and the top pulls closed with a drawstring so nothing goes over the side. The harness straps are padded and adjustable across the shoulders, which is the detail deciding how long you can realistically carry an animal, since unpadded webbing becomes uncomfortable within about ten minutes. There is a bear-shaped pocket detail on the front.
