Seed mixes for budgerigars vary a lot in how much of the bag is actually canary seed versus filler grains, and this one leads with it: half the mix by weight is canary seed, the higher-protein component birds tend to pick out first.

The blend is 50% canary seed with white millet, panicum millet, red millet and vegetable oil making up the rest.
