Parrots are picky enough about texture that a food built around whole seeds and fruit pieces tends to get eaten properly rather than picked through and left.

XtraVital Parrot is a complete food built from cereals and seeds — 7% millet by Beaphar's figure — with dried fruit pieces (5% raisins, 2% dried banana, 1.5% dried papaya) and a small proportion of dried echinacea (0.5%) and egg (0.16%) added alongside a standard vitamin and mineral panel.

• Complete food for parrots, 1KG bag
• Protein 12.3%, fat 11%, fibre 10.3%, ash 3.2%
• Millet 7%, raisins 5%, dried banana 2%, dried papaya 1.5%
• Dried echinacea 0.5%, egg 0.16%
• Calcium 0.64%, phosphorus 0.57%
• Full vitamin panel, including Vitamin C at 112.5mg/kg

On feeding. Beaphar don't give a daily amount for this one on the source we hold — no grams-per-bird or scoop guide — so portion by what your parrot actually eats rather than a fixed measure, and remove any uneaten soft or fruit pieces daily.

Who it's for: parrot owners wanting one complete food built around seeds and fruit, rather than a plain seed mix with nothing else added.
