Nobody brushes a cat's teeth twice a day, and most dogs are only marginally more cooperative, so anything that works from inside the food bowl rather than needing cooperation at the sink has an obvious appeal.

This is a powder rather than a paste or a rinse: Johnson's include a scoop in the tub and the idea is to add it to the pet's food regularly rather than apply it directly to the teeth. It's built around two named natural ingredients, Fucus Vesiculosus seaweed and alfalfa, and Johnson's say regular use helps guard against plaque, tartar and bad breath.
