Full description
A lead's handle is the part your hand actually notices on a long walk, and a flat strip of webbing digging into your palm after twenty minutes is a bigger complaint than most people expect from something this simple.
This lead has a tightly woven nylon webbing base with a camper-van ribbon overlay and a neoprene-padded handle. It is the Large width, 1" (2.5cm) wide, at 120cm (48") long, in Blue. Hem & Boo also make a narrower Medium (1.9cm) width as a separate lead.

- Large width: 1" (2.5cm) wide
- 120cm (48") long
- Blue colourway
On width, not just length. This is the Large (2.5cm) width; Hem & Boo also make a narrower Medium (1.9cm) lead as a separate product, so a smaller dog that would find this one bulky in the hand needs that other listing, not this one made shorter.
Who it's for: owners of a dog that suits a wider, sturdier lead, since the Large width is aimed at bigger or stronger dogs, who want a padded handle for comfort on longer walks.

Why we chose it
The neoprene handle is the reason to pick this over a plain webbing lead at a similar price, because a padded grip matters more on a 120cm lead than a short training lead, since it's in your hand for the whole walk. The campervan print is a nice-to-have on top of that, not the reason we sourced it.
