The wider snout opening gives a flat-faced dog more room to breathe, while the hook-and-loop neck tab makes it fast to put on and take off. The durable material resists water and dirt, so it holds up well in outdoor situations.

This is a temporary restraint — helpful at the vet, at the groomer, or in situations where you need extra reassurance — and should always be used alongside another method of restraint, with a handler present at all times. Please note that in some sizes, the muzzle may cover part of the dog's eyes.
