What we don't know
Coachi don't publish a breed or weight guide for either the 5m or 10m version, only that the shorter line suits smaller dogs and this longer one suits larger dogs and puppies — so match the length to the space you train in and the dog's size in general terms, rather than a precise chart.
Why we chose it
Ten metres is enough line to let a dog feel loose while you're still holding the other end, which is really the whole point of a training line over an ordinary lead. The padded webbing is the practical bit — a thin line at that length can burn your hand if a dog hits the end of it running.

Recall only really gets tested the day a dog decides not to come back, and a long line is the tool that keeps that decision available to you rather than to the dog.
