Full description

A terrier bred to go down a fox hole and come back out again tends to end up in photographs mid-motion rather than posed for the camera, which is most of the appeal of a breed calendar like this one.

It's a slim wall calendar measuring 15 x 42cm, dedicated to the Border Terrier - a breed developed to hunt fox alongside hounds in the rough hill country of Northumberland, on the border between England and Scotland, and one of the most popular breeds in the UK today.

Slim wall calendar format
15 x 42cm
Border Terrier breed throughout
Designed for wall hanging

On the print: the makers don't tell us how many pages it runs to, what stock the paper is, or whether a hanging hole is pre-punched, so the 15 x 42cm slim format is the one dimension you can plan a wall space around.

Who it's for: Border Terrier owners after breed-specific wall art rather than a generic terrier mix.

Why we chose it

A slim calendar fits a narrow gap a standard one wouldn't - the side of a fridge, the back of a door - which is worth more than it sounds if wall space is already spoken for. Devoting it to one breed means it's the dog you actually own, not a generic terrier.
