Sometimes a product is exactly what it says on the label and nothing more, and a small food scoop is about as basic as pet accessories get - there is no mechanism to explain and no recipe to break down, just a scoop sized for smaller portions or smaller bags of food.

Best Pets list this simply as a small food scoop, with no further description of the material, capacity or care instructions supplied beyond the size itself.

• Small size food scoop
• Sold as a single item

On what we do not know. This is about as thin a card as this catalogue carries - no material, no capacity in millilitres or cups, and no care instructions (dishwasher safe or otherwise) are given. If any of those details matter to your choice, this is not the product to check them against; a scoop with a fuller specification, like Van Ness's graduated range, would be the better fit.

Who it's for: anyone who just needs a basic small scoop for portioning food and does not need graduated measurements or a stated capacity.
