Full description
Losing a dog is the fear that makes people buy trackers, and it is worth understanding what an AirTag does before you rely on one. It has no GPS and no mobile connection of its own, and instead borrows the location of passing iPhones. In a town that works remarkably well. Out on an empty moor with nobody around, it will show you where the tag last was, not where your dog is now.
Given that, the holder's job is simply to keep the tag on the collar and keep it quiet. This one is moulded silicone that grips the AirTag on all sides and threads onto a collar strap, sized for collars between 10 and 25cm. At 5g it adds nothing a dog would notice, and silicone does not clink against a name tag the way a hard plastic case does. Ten colourways are offered.
