Coarse coats and sensitive skin don't always get on with the same shampoo that works fine on an easy, short-haired dog, which is the gap a tea tree-based formula is built to fill.

This is a concentrated shampoo, diluted at 15:1 with water, built around tea tree oil, coconut oil, wheat-germ oil and peppermint oil. Wahl say it's designed to gently comfort the skin as it cleans the coat, removing dirt, grease and odours while rejuvenating the hair. It's formulated for any coat type, and particularly suited to coarser coats and animals with sensitive skin. It's also sold in a smaller bottle alongside the 5-litre size.
