Not every dog will stand still for a full bath, and a foam that works without water at all removes the one part of grooming most dogs actively fight.

It's a no-rinse foam shampoo: massaged into the coat for about 15 seconds, then rubbed off with a soft towel and left to dry before brushing through. Wahl's formula contains aloe vera, chamomile and tea tree, described as conditioning and deodorising the coat, and said to work in cold or hot weather. It is listed for dogs, cats and other pets Wahl name on the bottle.

• No-rinse foam, no water needed
• Massage in for about 15 seconds, then towel off
• Contains aloe vera, chamomile and tea tree
• Works in cold or hot weather, per Wahl
• 200ML bottle

A gap worth flagging. No ingredient percentages are given, so we can't say how concentrated the aloe vera, chamomile or tea tree actually are — take the conditioning and deodorising description as Wahl's own rather than something we have independently checked. It is not a flea or skin treatment; it is a cleaning shampoo.

Who it's for: owners who need to freshen a coat between full baths, or whose pet will not tolerate being rinsed, and want something quick rather than a full wash.
