A rabbit's gut depends on a genuinely high-fibre diet to work properly, which is why the fibre figure on rabbit food matters more than it does almost anywhere else in pet nutrition. Wagg's Twitch Rabbit Nuggets are built around that requirement rather than treating fibre as an afterthought.

The recipe leads with oat fibre and wheat fibre, alongside sunflower meal, lucerne meal and grass meal, with small additions of peas, carob bean meal and apple pomace. Crude fibre comes in at 19%, considerably higher than most small animal treats, alongside calcium at 0.8% and phosphorus at 0.5%.
