A treat named after a vegetable and a treat made mostly of that vegetable are two different things, and this one is a good example of the gap between them.

Despite the name, carrot is a minimum of 3% of the recipe — the bulk is wheat flour, vegetable oil, oats and sugar, with permitted colours added. It is a complementary treat sold as a pack of 25, with protein at 10% and oil at 10%.
