Supa Wild Bird Seed Feeder 10 Port

A feeder with only two or three ports turns into a queue the moment more than a couple of birds arrive, and on a busy feeding station that queue is exactly when a bird is most exposed to a predator.

Supa's 10-port feeder is a 30in (75cm) tube feeder designed to let far more birds feed at once, holding approximately 1.25kg of seed at a fill. It's made in the UK, and depending on supply may come with either a short-sided or long-sided perch at each port, which changes how easily a bird can grip while feeding.

On upkeep. Supa's own advice is to clean the feeder regularly with warm water and a mild detergent or disinfectant, rinse thoroughly and let it air dry, and to remove any uneaten or mouldy food — a 10-port feeder holding this much seed needs that routine more, not less, than a small one does.
