This is an 8-inch, 2-port mealworm feeder that works two ways: hang it from a tree, washing line or hook in the usual manner, or mount it on a length of dowel driven into the ground thanks to its base design. Its base tray doubles as a flat feeding station for birds that won't use a hanging port.
