Full description

Cold water tanks run at a lower temperature than tropical ones, which slows a goldfish's digestion down, and a food formulated specifically for cold water fish accounts for that rather than assuming every fish processes food at the same rate.

This is a complete diet for all varieties of cold water aquarium fish, made without artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, and formulated to supply the essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements a goldfish tank needs from one food. It's made in the UK.

Complete diet for cold water aquarium fish
Free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives
Contains essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements
30G pack
Made in the UK

What's not on the label. No protein, fat or fibre percentage is published for this pack, so there's nothing here to set against a different goldfish food's guaranteed analysis. There's also no feeding-amount guide, so feed only what clears in a couple of minutes rather than by eye against the jar.

Who it's for: goldfish keepers who want a straightforward complete flake formulated for cold water rather than a tropical food used out of convenience.

Supa Goldfish Flake Food

Why we chose it

A cold water-specific flake is worth stocking on its own rather than assuming a tropical flake does the same job at a slower metabolism. Being made in the UK keeps it reliably in stock, which matters for a food this many tanks depend on daily.
