A terrapin used to picking at whatever lands in the tank will often ignore a food that's actually meant for it, which is the whole argument for a stick built specifically around what turtles and terrapins need rather than a generic fish flake.

This is sold as a complete food, combining natural dried ingredients with extruded sticks. The ingredient list runs on dried shrimp, gammarus and krill, which between them are meant to supply vitamins, minerals, trace elements and amino acids rather than relying on one generic protein source.

• Sold as a complete food for turtles and terrapins
• Extruded stick format combined with natural dried ingredients
• Built from dried shrimp, gammarus and krill rather than one ingredient
• Krill is the named protein source on the card
• Comes in a 20G tub
• Sold as a family of near-identical King British turtle and terrapin sticks

what the makers haven't told us. No feeding frequency, portion size or analytical breakdown — protein, fat, fibre — has been supplied for this product, only the ingredient list and the word "complete". If you're used to reading a percentage panel on other aquarium foods, this is one of the cards where it simply isn't there.

Who it's for: keepers of turtles and terrapins who want one food doing the whole job, built from more than a single ingredient.
