Full description

A stick treat that hangs in the cage rather than being handed over. That changes what it is for: a rabbit or guinea pig has to reach up, brace and gnaw at it, which takes time and uses the teeth, instead of a biscuit that is gone in four seconds.

It is built on grains and timothy hay, not on fruit. Wheat flour, oats, flaked oats and wheat middlings with ground timothy hay at 8.5%, then sugar, soya oil, dried apples at 1% (equivalent to 7% apples) and dried cranberries at 1% (equivalent to 7% cranberries), with colourants.

What is in it?

The fruit is dried, so 1% dried apple is what you get from 7% fresh apple before the water is removed. The brand states both figures on the label.
