Specifications

Size: 4 inch
Brand: Sharples
Feature: Squeaker
Material: Vinyl

Full description

A ring shape rolls differently to a bone or a ball, which is reason enough to have more than one shape in a budget squeaky toy range.

This is a 4-inch vinyl doughnut with a squeaker built in, part of Sharples Pet's cheap-and-cheerful range alongside the paw, bone and teeth shapes. It's built for throw-and-fetch play.

A data flag. A parcel weight of 0.8kg is listed on the catalogue for this toy, which is implausible for a single 4-inch vinyl item — it reads as a multipack or case figure rather than one toy's actual weight, so we've left it out of the specs rather than repeat a number we don't trust.

Who it's for: dogs that enjoy fetch, and owners wanting a cheap toy with some shape variety beyond the standard bone or ball.

Squeaky Doughnut (price-marked pack) Dog Toy

Why we chose it

It's part of a low-cost range where the shape is really the only variable — doughnut, paw, bone or teeth — so it's an easy way to add variety to a toy box without spending much. The squeaker is the same feature across the whole range.
