The pack label says 135 x 112cm and the description says approximately 132 x 112cm. It is a small gap, but if you are measuring a patio or a lawn for it, work to the smaller figure and leave yourself room. The maker's own data sheet contradicts itself elsewhere too — it lists the weight as 388g while the description says 315g, and gives the colour as blue on a product named Strawberry — so treat that sheet as unreliable and the pack in your hands as the authority. Full description

A dog that will fight you the whole length of a garden to avoid a bath will chase a hose until it falls over. It is the same water, delivered differently, and the difference is entirely about who is in charge of it. That is the useful principle behind everything sold for cooling a dog down in summer: the ones that work are the ones the dog can choose to walk into.

This is a flat PVC mat that connects to an ordinary garden hose. Water fills the raised rim and comes back out of it as gentle jets sprayed inwards over the middle, so the dog gets a fine spray to run through rather than a depth of water to stand in. It measures approximately 132 x 112cm, folds flat for storage, and Smart Choice describe it as easy to use and clean.
