Full description

Rabbits, guinea pigs and other small animals have teeth that never stop growing, so something to gnaw on isn't an extra - it's closer to essential maintenance.

This is a length of bark-covered wood, sized to be safe to chew, intended to help keep a small animal's teeth in check through natural gnawing rather than through anything added to it.

Bark-covered wood
Sized at 20cm x 5cm x 4cm
Designed to be chewed safely
Intended to help maintain dental health through gnawing
Can be paired with a matching treat holder from the same Small 'N' Furry range, sold separately

One thing worth knowing. there's nothing on the card about which small animals it suits best - rabbit, guinea pig, chinchilla and hamster all gnaw differently, and the makers don't break that down for this particular chew.

Who it's for: owners of rabbits, guinea pigs and similar small pets who want a plain, natural chew rather than a flavoured or shaped one.

Why we chose it

A bark-covered chew is about as simple as a small-animal toy gets, which is exactly the point - nothing to remove, nothing artificial to second-guess. It also slots into the same range's treat holder if you want to build it into a cage rather than leave it loose.
