Not every small animal treat needs a fruit or a herb behind it — sometimes the appeal is just a different shape and texture to work through, which is closer to what a pea-based loop is doing.

Selective's Meadow Loops are built on wheat flour, ground Timothy hay (11%) and alfalfa hay, ground dried locust beans, ground peas, soya oil and linseeds — there is no named fruit or herb flavouring in the composition, unlike some of Selective's other loop treats. It comes out at crude protein (min) 7.0%, crude fat (min) 2.0%, crude fibre (max) 14.0% and moisture (max) 11.0%. Selective's guidance is 2-4 a day as a treat, with fresh hay and water always available.
