A cat that eats a soft meal in a few mouthfuls has very little to investigate. The Lickimat Cat Playdate gives wet food and treats a textured surface, so feeding can include the act of finding and working at what has been spread across it.
It is made from food grade TPR rubber and is intended for wet and raw food. The supplied instructions say to spread soft food or treats over the mat with the back of a spoon or spatula and embed it into the surface. The mat is microwave proof and freezer friendly. Hand wash it in warm soapy water.
