Hentastic Henpecker Herby Block

Not every henhouse has a Henpecker feeder already mounted, which is the gap this version of Hentastic's block fills — unlike the hanging and filled versions in the same range, this one comes with no feeder or hanger of its own, and is instead meant to be unwrapped and placed in a feeder you already own, on a feeding tray, or simply scattered loose in the run.

The composition is the same as the rest of the Hentastic range: wheat flour, vegetable fat and mixed seeds, with calcium powder, peanut butter, seaweed, parsley, oregano, spearmint, spirulina powder and garlic powder. Hentastic's own instruction is to feed it daily as a treat, not as a replacement for layer pellets or mash.

On what's not included. Unlike Hentastic's filled feeder and hanging versions, this block comes with no accessory of its own — you will need an existing Henpecker feeder, a feeding tray, or you can scatter it loose in the run. That flexibility is also why it is the cheaper of the three options.

Who it's for: keepers who already own a Henpecker feeder or feeding tray and just want to restock the treat block itself, rather than buying a new hanger or feeder each time.
