A racing pigeon loft treated as one shared flock through the water trough is far more practical than trying to dose ninety birds individually, which is the whole logic behind a liquid wormer over a tablet.

Harka-Verm Liquid is for use against roundworm and hairworm in pigeons, mixed at 6ml per 2 litres of drinking water and given over 3 days. The manufacturer describes one 100ml bottle as sufficient to treat up to 90 pigeons, or 180 cage birds, over that 3-day period. It should not be used during moulting, as it may cause fret marks in the feathers.
