On the name. Herring with Vegetables names the flavour shapes rather than the bulk of the recipe: herring is 3.2% of the total food, and the vegetables named work out to 14% only once rehydrated, in one kibble shape out of several. This page covers more than one pack size of the same recipe, so check the size shown before you buy.

Who it's for: owners who want a herring-flavoured dry food from a mainstream brand, understanding that the actual fish content is a small, shaped element of the recipe rather than its bulk.
