Friendly Timothy Readigrass

Small herbivores wear their teeth down by chewing fibrous forage, not by eating pellets, which is why a bag of dried grass earns a place in the cage even when a complete food already covers the nutritional basics. Friendly's Timothy ReadiGrass is grown on their own fields in Yorkshire and dried using a process that removes only the water, keeping the flavour and nutrient value closer to fresh grass than a heat-dried alternative.

The composition lists only dried timothy grass, with crude protein at 10.5%, crude fibre at 25% and oil at 2.5%. Friendly's own feeding guidance is that it can be offered freely, either on its own or blended with hay, alongside constant access to fresh drinking water.
