Two colours of pressed drop in one 75g tub, for hamsters, gerbils, rats and mice. They are a reward, and the pack is honest enough to put a number on it: up to six a day.

The composition is the shortest in the range and the most revealing: wheat flour, vegetable fat, permitted colourant, sucrose. So this is a sweetened biscuit drop with colour in it, not fruit. Critter's Choice do not claim otherwise on the pack, but the name does a lot of work.

No. The composition is wheat flour, vegetable fat, EEC permitted colourant and sucrose. The fruit is in the name and the colour.

How many a day?

The pack says up to six.

Are they safe for a dwarf hamster?

Dwarf hamsters are prone to diabetes and these contain sucrose. We would give one or two at most, occasionally, and pick a plain dried vegetable treat for everyday use.
