Boredom in a small pet's enclosure usually shows up as chewing on whatever is nearest, which is exactly why giving them something built to be chewed matters more than it might for a larger pet with more space to move around in.

The Chew 'N' Play Cardboard Log is fully digestible, so gnawing at it does not carry the same risk as a small pet swallowing a fragment of a non-food toy. It helps clean teeth as it is worked at, and the log shape allows hay to be tucked inside — turning a simple chew into a small foraging task as well.

• Fully digestible
• Helps clean teeth as it is chewed
• Hollow log shape for hiding hay inside
• Helps prevent boredom

What's not supplied. the makers do not give us a size or weight for this log, so there is nothing here to judge how it will look inside a specific-sized cage or hutch before it arrives.

Who it's for: owners of rabbits, guinea pigs and other small pets who want a safe, fully digestible chew that can double as a hay-foraging toy rather than a plain chew stick.
