Material: Rubber
Brand: Bestpets
Material: Rubber

Full description

A dumbbell shape gives a dog a narrower middle to grip than a plain ball or bone, which some dogs find easier to hold onto and carry around the house or garden.

This rubber dumbbell measures 11.5cm and has bobbles moulded onto its surface for added texture, described by Bestpets as great for engaging a dog in play. The narrow waist also makes it easier to throw a short distance for a quick game of fetch indoors.

11.5cm long
Rubber construction
Bobbled texture
Small size, suited to carrying and light play

One thing worth knowing. No weight or hardness rating is given, and at 11.5cm this is on the small side, so it may suit a smaller dog better than a large, heavy chewer.

Who it's for: smaller dogs, or any dog that likes a small rubber toy to carry around rather than a large chew.

Why we chose it

The dumbbell shape is genuinely easier for a lot of dogs to pick up and carry than a plain ball, and the bobbled texture gives it a bit more to explore with their mouth. At this size and price it's a simple, low-cost addition to the toy box.
