A treat with a picture on the front sets an expectation the product then has to live up to, which is exactly why it's worth saying upfront that these are handmade rather than machine-pressed to a template.

Each pack holds three small, bite-sized cookies made from a vanilla-safe cake mix and finished with a crunchy bone biscuit on top, sealed in a clam-shell pack described as food-grade and recyclable.

• 3 cookies per pack
• Fat 16.27%, protein 6.9%, ash 2.9%, fibre 0.3%
• Vanilla cake mix base, decorated with a bone biscuit
• Contains milk and milk derivatives
• Store in cool, dry conditions
• Packaging is food-grade, 100% recyclable, 80% minimum recycled plastic

One thing worth knowing. As with any handmade treat, exact shape and decoration can vary cookie to cookie — these aren't machine-identical, and the ingredients list includes preservatives, colourants, antioxidants and flavouring without naming which specific ones, so we can't go further than what's printed.

Who it's for: owners wanting a small, occasional novelty biscuit rather than a daily one, for a dog with no known dairy sensitivity.
