A dog with an upset stomach for a day is usually fine by the next; one that's unsettled for a week starts to need something more than time.

YuMOVE Digestive Care Plus (previously sold as YuDIGEST Plus) is a sachet-based probiotic and prebiotic complex sprinkled over food, aimed at dogs and cats with loose stools. The idea is to support the gut's own bacterial balance rather than firm stools up directly, and YuMOVE describe the formula as gentle enough for sensitive stomachs.

• Sachet format, sprinkled over food
• Combined probiotic and prebiotic formula
• For dogs and cats with loose stools
• YuMOVE have been developing their supplement range for over 15 years
• Previously sold under the name YuDIGEST Plus

What's not on the card. YuMOVE don't give us a sachet count per box, a strain name for the probiotic, or a specific daily gram amount — their own instruction is to sprinkle "the daily amount" rather than a stated dose, and to use it for as long as needed or as your vet advises. If loose stools carry on for more than a couple of days, that's a vet visit rather than a longer course of this.

Who it's for: owners of a dog or cat going through a spell of loose stools, or anyone managing a sensitive gut on an ongoing basis under a vet's guidance.
