Specifications

Brand: Wahl

Full description

A dog that's just been in something unpleasant doesn't always need a full bath, and waiting until bath day to deal with muddy paws or a grubby face means tracking it through the house in the meantime.

These are large, plant-derived wipes for quick touch-ups on paws, face, ears and body, used by removing a wipe and rubbing gently over the dirty area - no rinse is needed afterwards. They're formulated without parabens, alcohol or PEG-80, and carry a coconut lime verbena scent.

50 wipes per tub
Paraben free, alcohol free, PEG-80 free
Plant-derived ingredients
No rinse necessary after use
Coconut lime verbena scent
For paws, face, ears and body touch-ups

On what it's not for. These are for quick surface touch-ups, not a substitute for a proper bath on a genuinely dirty or smelly dog - and Wahl's own instruction is to avoid getting the wipe solution in the eyes, so they're not designed for use around that area.

Who it's for: owners who want something quick by the door for muddy paws after a walk, rather than a full grooming session every time.

Wahl Large Pet Wipes Coconut

Why we chose it

Wipes are the thing people actually reach for day to day, far more often than a proper bath, so they're worth having next to the shampoos rather than treated as an afterthought. Fifty to a tub means it lasts through a wet winter of muddy walks.
