Specifications

Brand: Supa
Food type: Complete

Full description

Pond fish barely eat through a cold winter, which is why Supa specifically pitch this Value flake at spring, summer and autumn feeding rather than describing it as year-round. It is a complete pet food formulated for pond fish and comes in a resealable 3-litre bucket, aimed at keeping the flake fresh rather than going stale in a shed.

Fish is named as the protein source, though no protein, fat or fibre percentage is published on this "Value" line — it is positioned as the budget option in Supa's pond range rather than a nutritionally detailed one.

Complete pet food for pond fish
Ideal for spring, summer and autumn feeding
Fish-based protein source
Resealable 3-litre bucket, keeps feed fresh

On the season only. No protein, fat or fibre analysis is published for this budget line, so it cannot be compared numerically against a food that does quote one. Following the spring-to-autumn feeding guidance matters more here than usual, since pond fish barely digest food in cold water regardless of what is on offer.

Who it's for: pond keepers who want a straightforward, budget flake for the main feeding season, rather than a premium formulated food with a full nutrient panel.

Supa Value Pond Flake

Why we chose it

This is the flake to buy when you just need a reliable, no-frills pond food for the season rather than a premium option — a 3-litre bucket at a lower price point does the basic job well. The resealable design also means it doesn't go stale before autumn feeding tails off.
