This is a supplementary holiday food block for all varieties of pond fish, sold as a pack of three. Supa say one block should be enough to supplement a pond's fish for up to two weeks, dissolving slowly in the water and releasing food particles as it goes. It was previously sold under the name Supa Pond Vacation Fish Food, and it's made in the UK.
