Suitical's answer is a shirt rather than a collar. The Recovery Suit covers the whole body, so it stops the animal getting at the affected area without stopping them seeing, eating or moving. The design lets air circulate around the wound while keeping it dry, and the inside is light coloured so any discharge shows up early. If a wound leaks, a porous sheet or an incontinence pad can be slid inside the suit or between the double layer on the belly section.
